The internet is of course the best place to find these, although in some cases you will have to pay for a more advanced course. The basics are available online for free though if you spend some time looking around.
The easiest way to find a free dream interpretation guide is to search on Google for it. This will come up with many results although most of them should have a similar idea. Not everyone’s idea of a guide to dream interpretation is the same though so there might be some variation between different sites.
In general, the three most important things when it comes to dream interpretation are as follows.
1. The emotions that the person feels in the dream are important. Sometimes the emotions of the dream will not seem to match the events, and in this case they are telling you something about how to interpret the dream.
2. Look out for dream symbols as these can be very important. A dream symbol could be anything in the dream that has significance and could appear as an object, person or anything else. 3. Remember that everything in the dream is referring to a part of the dreamer. If you are dreaming of a person, or other living thing, then these usually refer to an emotion or characteristic of the dreamer. A solid object will refer to the physical body of the dreamer.
When you are starting to interpret your own dreams it can be difficult to remember exactly what happened in them. We have a tendency to forget important parts of the dream quickly after we wake up so you should always write down your dream the moment you awaken. This way you can be sure that you have all the correct information and that it is accurate.
